Exit Los Angeles Avenue on the 23 Freeway in the City of Moorpark. Drive West all the way through town. Leave town out the west limits .Stay on the L.A Avenue (also called Hwy 118). After about 6 miles from where you started, turn on Balcom Canyon. Drive 2 miles, turn right (east) on Stockton. Drive 2 miles and turn left on Waters road. We are 1/2 mile up on left side.
We are about 15 minutes from the center of Moorpark and 45 minutes north/west of Los Angeles.
