Cottage Apartment
Our equestrian event center and working ranch has a private studio apartment, which is self contained, and includes a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, closet, wireless WifFi, Sat. television, DVD/VCR, telephone, dining area and patio. You can use the spa and pool.
The studio cottage apartment is fully furnished with linens and cooking appliances.
This is a non smoking cottage. Also, please no pets. There is a pet lodge facility within one mile.
There is a full size queen bed, plus a day couch which opens up spaciously into two single beds.
We are located in a rural area, 10 miles to the Amtrack train station in the City of Moorpark. We are only 25 minutes to Malibu beaches and one hour to Los Angeles Airport. We have local theaters, restaurants and National Parks nearby. Santa Barbara is located 45 minutes north of our ranch and offers many tourist attractions.
Price: A fee of $40.00 (USA) per night for the studio apartment. There are no refunds for cancelled nights or partial use of a rented period.
